Please allow up to 1 week for items to ship. Our average online order processing & handling time frame prior to shipment is 3 to 7 business days. If your order is past its 7th business day and is still "processing", please get in touch with our customer service team, by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we can look into the delay for you!
For customers within the continental US, standard delivery can take up to 7 additional business days from date of shipment. Expedited delivery (if available) should fall within 3 business days from date of shipment. All items will be shipped by USPS with tracking numbers. Once shipped your order status will update with available tracking numbers for your convenience.
To return your product by mail, you should mail it to: 10088 Neenah Drive, Newburgh, Indiana 47630. We strongly recommend you use a "trackable" shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Items must be well packed in order to protect against loss or damages. Simple Extravagance will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Your items need to have the in-store receipt or proof of purchase (packing slip). Returned packages without a proof of purchase will not be processed. Only un-worn and un-altered items with original tags attached returned within 30 days of in-store purchases or 10 days days after receipt of online orders, will be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (whether for reasons of refund, replacement or exchange) as well as the shipping cost for any exchanged items (if applicable).
Should you receive a damaged or defective item, claims must be made by email, within 10 days of order receipt, with a picture of the defect(s) included. Claim will not be honored otherwise. If claim is approved, shipping costs for a replacement item (due to damaged or defective items) will be paid by Simple Extravagance.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Simple Extravagance will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after verified possession with USPS. Please contact your local carrier to find out the status of your shipment. A claim will need to be filled with USPS (not Simple Extravagance) if a package can't be found.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
