Processing & Handling

Our average online order processing & handling time frame prior to shipment is 3 to 7 business days. If your order is now past its 7th business day and is still processing, please get in touch with our customer service team so that we can look into the delay for you!


Delivery will depend on the shipment method selected. For customers within the continental US, standard delivery can take up to 7 additional business days from date of shipment. Expedited delivery should fall within 3 business days from date of shipment.

To return your product by mail, you should mail it to: 320B West Jennings St, Newburgh, Indiana 47630.   We strongly recommend you use a "trackable" shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Only un-worn and un-altered items with original tags attached returned within 7 days of in-store purchases or 10 days days after receipt of online orders, will be accepted.    

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (whether for reasons of refund, replacement or exchange) as well as the shipping cost for any exchanged items (if applicable).  Shipping costs for a replacement item (due to damaged or defective items) will be paid by Simple Extravagance. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
