Processing & Handling
Our average order processing and handling time is 3 business days, but please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. If your order is past the 7th business day and still shown as "processing", please contact our customer service team, by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling/texting 812-217-1251, so that we can look into the delay for you!
For customers within the continental US, expedited delivery should fall within 3 business days from date of shipment, but may take up to 7 business days. If it has been more than 7 business days since your order shipped and it still has not arrived, please contact our customer service team by e-mailing email@example.com or calling/texting 812-217-1251 so that we can look into the issue.
All items will be shipped by USPS with tracking numbers. Once shipped, your order status will update with available tracking numbers for your convenience.
Returns (by mail)
To return your product by mail, ship it to: 10088 Neenah Drive, Newburgh, Indiana 47630. We strongly recommend you use a "trackable" shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Items must be well packed in order to protect against loss or damages. Simple Extravagance will not be held responsible for items damaged during shipment or lost or stolen packages. Your items need to have the in-store receipt or proof of purchase (packing slip). Returned packages without a proof of purchase will not be processed. Only un-worn and un-altered items with original tags attached returned within 2 weeks of in-store purchases or 1 week after receipt of online orders, will be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs associated with return of items regardless of reason, whether for refund, replacement or exchange; with the only exception related to receipt of damaged or defective items. See our Refunds and Returns Policy for further guidance and requirements.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Simple Extravagance will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after verified delivery with USPS. If your package shows delivered, but you are having trouble locating it, please contact your local carrier for more information about the status of your shipment. A claim will need to be filled with USPS (not Simple Extravagance) if a package can't be found.
