Refunds & Returns
Simple Extravagance will accept only un-worn and un-altered items with original tags attached for return within 2 weeks of in-store purchases or 1 week after receipt of online orders, for refund, exchange or store credit. A store credit never expires and can be utilized at any time. Any item with missing tags or that has been worn, tailored or otherwise altered is not eligible for a return. Simple Extravagance reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the aforementioned requirements.
To be eligible for a return, your item must have tags attached, be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If being returned by mail, items must be well packed in order to protect against loss or damages. Simple Extravagance will not be held responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages. Please refer to our shipping policy for additional guidelines and requirements.
To complete your return, we require a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase (packing slip). Returned packages without such will not be processed.

Clearance and Final Sale Items
If being returned by mail, shipping and handling costs, both original and return, are non-refundable (unless received damaged or defective). Please refer to our shipping policy for additional guidelines and requirements.
Clearance or Sale items
Clearance items are considered final sale, sold "as-is" and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We only replace items received defective or damaged that are un-worn, un-altered, with original tags attached. Furthermore, items must be returned within 2 weeks of in-store purchases or 1 week after receipt of online orders and will be only replaced with an identical item (unless otherwise approved).
Should you receive a damaged or defective item by mail, a claim must be made either in store (within 2 weeks of in-store purchase) or by e-mail (within 1 week after receipt of online purchase). Items must be un-worn, un-altered and with original tags still attached.
For online purchases and claims made by e-mail, a picture of the defect(s) must be included. Otherwise the claim will be denied. Claims made by e-mail should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your claim has been approved, please ship your defective or damaged item to: 10088 Neenah Drive, Newburgh, Indiana 47630.
A replacement item will not be shipped to you until a claim has been filed and approved and the damaged and defective item(s) have also been received. If your claim is approved, shipping costs for a replacement item (due to damaged or defective items only) will be paid or reimbursed by Simple Extravagance. Please refer to our shipping policy for additional guidelines.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return, once the returned item is received and approved.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the gift giver will receive a gift credit for the value of your return, once the returned item is received and returned.
Shipping and handling costs, both original and return, are non-refundable. Please refer to our shipping policy for additional guidelines.
